the path it gets loaded from is determined from the path in the filename
directive of your dhcpd.conf which is by default pointing
to /ltsp/i386/pxelinux.0 in edubuntu ... 

(note that these docs are written with edubuntu in focus and indeed use
the defaults the edubuntu-server CD sets up in a default install)
