This is probably due to the security update to ssh because of a bug 
found in ssl.

have a look at the thread "security update of ssl/ssh: ldm login doesn't 
work any more" from Wed May 14 14:36:46 2008.

Basicly these commands should help you:
ltsp-update-sshkeys
ltsp-update-image

For Debian, have a look at http://wiki.debian.org/SSLkeys
