Hi, Am running an Ubuntu LTSP5 setup. I have a separate Debian DHCP/DNS server. I am having trouble with an HP LaserJet 1022 attached to a thin client. I've configured on my lts.conf:
[mac address] PRINTER_0_DEVICE=/dev/usblp0 (I also tried putting in Printer port and printer type on the lts.conf) After configuring the lts.conf, I do a terminal server reboot. Then I add configure the printer via >System >Administration >Printing >New Printer >AppSocket/HP JetDirect >Host and Port Number and so on Whenever I try to print, it says, the printer is not connected and when I make another attempt to print, there is a status message "recoverable: Network host'192.168.2.50' is busy; will retry in 30 seconds...
