In case the client has some issues, chack
/srv/tftpboot/KIWI/ltsp.conf, change CONFIGURE_X=true if it already
isn't. If you get rootfs.tar not found, remove COMBINED_IMAGE=yes line
from /srv/tftpboot/KIWI/config.default
