With a bit of manual configuration it should be possible to run LTSP
4.2 and 5 together. I have never done it, so if you attempt, please
document it on our wiki :)

Not sure performance would be that good running it in qemu, you can
setup a test desktop with about 1G RAM for about 10 clients.
