i'm considering trying out ubuntu ltsp for a cybercafe. i used fedora-3 /
k12ltsp some time back, and just accepted none of this worked, at the time that
was acceptable.
these days people expect more multimedia stuff. skype, msn messenger, youtube,
and pendrives are awfully common.
how is ubuntu ltsp handling these kinds of problems these days? i've been
reading about the local devices, usb, sound servers, pulseaudio, etc, and see
there has been a lot of work in this direction, but i haven't used any of it
recently.
