Yes, there is.
In a situation like this, I would buy a cheap gigabit switch (8 ports 
10/100/1000). Then connect your server there and each of your three switches.

This results in 1 Gbit out of the server and 100 Mbit to each swtch.
This is what you get from your bonding idea, just quicker and easier.

 If your existing swtiches do have gigabit uplinks, you can use these to
improve things even further.
If they also permit "cable bonding", which ususally comes with
"manageable switches", then you can combine 2times 100 mbit to each
switch, giving 200Mbit to each swith on the input side.
