Experimenting with LTSP 5, I got "could not deallocate console 7" when 
leaving the window manager (KDE in that case).

What does this mean, and how can I get rid of it? Unfortunately I found 
lots of such discussions on the net, but none which would specifically 
have to do with LTSP. So thank you for every tip.

When I try with LTSP 4.2, I regularly get a message from KDE "Sorry that 
it crashed..." when the user leaves it. Maybe the basic reason is the 
same? I vaguely remember that I had this problem on an earlier system a 
long time ago, and there was some workaround in the configuration of the 
server that could put it right. However, I do not find any note in my 
documentation of the old setup.
