ok. SOLVED
cdrom was not mapped in fstab

it took place in fstab:

/dev/sr0  /media/cdrom udf, iso9660 users, atime, noauto, rw, dev, exec,
suid 0 0
specifying "users"                         ^^^^^^^^

Then I added the 2 users that I have (xbmc and lux) in the users group, the
one with id = 100

OK . now i see the icon and I have no permission errors.
