I have also now tried RM_Thin_System_Services, and that does not prevent 
it from running either.

So it seems that RM_System_Services and RM_Thin_System_Services don't 
see S20mesh as a system service, or they do see it as a system service 
but are not able to prevent it from running.  For instance, perhaps they 
can only govern services that load by certain means, and S20mesh doesn't 
load that way.

Explanations or workarounds?
