I've been buying the Intel D510MO Atom board for a while and it's served me well (although it doesn't play HD movies) but it's a solid motherboard and at a good price point. I've recently had to buy more thin clients and you cannot get this model anymore and most of the latest models come with the Intel 3600/3650 (PowerVR) graphics chip which doesn't work so well under Linux.
I've started to compile a list of thin clients, motherboards and cases and would like to share access to this spreadsheet with edit permissions to this list.
