Peter,

Thanks for reply. I thought about it. Now I tied:

ltsp-localapps "xterm -e su - root gparted"

It works.

best regards,
Radek

Perhaps change the permissions on gparted ?

Hello,

Could anybody advice me how to format a stick connected to the LTSP thin client?

I added gparted to the thin client image. When I switch the scrren to the xterm
on the thin client I can execute gparted and format connected to the thin
client stick. But when I try use ltsp-localapps gparted I can see the message
that gparted needs root privileges.

So, comming back to the main question - how to format stick by any user logged
through thin cient to LTSP server?

Best regards,
Radek
