/usr/share/ltsp/update-kernels updates /boot/pxelinux.cfg/default (note, this is not in the TFTP dir, it's inside /boot)
`ltsp-update-image -c /` copies /boot/pxelinux.cfg/default to i386.img and then calls ltsp-update-kernels which copies "default" from inside i386.img to the tftp dirs.
