Am I right to assume that any mini-desktop computer capable of running
Windows 10 (for example those from
http://www.banggood.com/Wholesale-Mini-PC-c-3686.html) with at least 2GB of
RAM and 64 bit Intel architecture can be used as a *fat client in ltsp-pnp*
setup?

reason for not using it as a fat client?
