To isolate weather it's an LTSP specific problem or a Debian Stretch
problem, you could try booting a live image on the various machines, and
see if they behave similarly:

  https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current-live/i386/


Also, "ltsp-info --verbose" might tell if you're running an older client
image or some other inconsistancy.
