Correction. lualogging and luadoc have problems on second install, but so do
most of the others. The only difference is that they complain about files
already existing and don't generate the same missing manifest error.

The clean installation goes ok, the first re-installation goes ok for all
rocks except lualogging and luadoc.

The second reinstall is problematic for all the other rocks, stating that
"some file already exists".

The only exception to this is penlight. I can reinstall penlight as much as
I like, without it starting to nag about files that already exist. So...
what's special about penlight in this regard?

Aren't rocks supposed to reinstall, even if you don't execute the command as
super user?
