Hi, ppl!
I see rockspecs are quite minimalistic:
* no description.homepage
* docs don't contain READMEs and Changelogs etc.
* tests often exist but aren't packed
Q1. someone might want to do all this housekeeping staff? Anybody?
Q2. if I (accidentally) fix a rockspec, where do I send it? (I mean, to
luarocks@ tracker/Mailing list or to upstream?)
