Looking at that install script, /LUA becomes LUA_PREFIX, which is only used
for finding the important things which are LUA_BIN, LUA_LIB, etc.
If we can assume that Lua is on the path, much easier.
LUA_LIB is a special case because if someone's using mingw then they would
want to link against the DLL, surely?
