I would say that for your personal machine 2GB swap is enough with 2GB
RAM. (you will likely never use it) However if the machine is a
production machine of any sort, stick with the recommended 2-3x RAM
swap.
Thanks for getting that answer for me, Warren. I guessed half right and
went with 2. It will be for heavy duty production, ( I don't have a
home raid box with 2gb ram, I want one, but I have none), so I guess
that I will be making a change. Now I know. :-)
