I tested my desktop computer today and found out that the maximum wattage consumed is 166. That equates to about $0.15 a day if it were left on for the full 24 hours. During the time I ran the test which was a few hours the operating cost was just one penny. But that's at Denver utility rates and there's lots of coal near here. Does anyone know the cost of a kilowatt hour in Hawaii?
