The last I checked it was $0.04 per kwh here.  I had my little tester set at $0.05 per kWh.  But I just said I ran it approximately two hours.  I don't know what the actual time period was.

HEI has a very screwy formula to calculate elec bills.  But typically, we pay about 13 cents per KWH.  From your data, it appears that the elec rate is less than 4 cents per KWH.
