[luau] "Clogged" Linksys router

Aloha
I've been using a Linksys EtherFast® Cable/DSL Router with USB and 
3-Port Switch for over an year with my road runner. A few days back 
sized up. I couldn't reset it via the reset button nor could I access 
the router via a browser. For those who have such a device,  when the 
device is powered up, the Diag light in the WAN indicators stays red  
and the Act light barely lights up red. The Link Light is green,
I wonder if there's a Linux tool I could use to reset the router before 
I take the long winding road to calling up Linksys.
I'm running Mandrake 8.0
