Period. End of discussion. I incorporated a business in Georgia years ago that I still file 940s, 941s, my 1120s and state documents whether I do business or not. I will take care of documenting for all of us what we must do. I have a few more years on the island before my wife is relocated, so I can tend to the duties. I have a second phone line at my home that I thought I would use as a dedicated line for the group.
I am in Georgia to be with an ailing Grandmother for a bit longer, but, if the monitors can wait, Dusty, we will get you a non-profit to to give them to. scott On Friday 26 July 2002 05:22, you wrote: > It is not difficult to file for a non-profit organization at both > the state and federal levels.
