I'd be willing to do some firewall-y demos of what you can do with an
off-the-shelf FreeBSD install with two network cards, in the way of
transparent network bridging with firewall filtering using ipf. I've
been running this style of firewall on my home network for about 7
years, first on OpenBSD, then on FreeBSD with ipf. I also have a
dial-up backup kinda kludged together (not fully automatic,
unfortunately.)

I'd be interested in seeing that.

I think some people would appricaite just knowing when FreeBSD is
appropriate. If you had the time I would like to hear a talk on linux vs
freebsd ve openbsd vs......

If you are willing, we will have to get that on the agenda (in case you are
wondering, there is not an agenda)

The firewall thing would be cool after the asterisk/fax server

I'd like to hear a talk about FreeBSD vs. Linux. I've read a few articles and messed with FreeBSD. But it would be nice to be able to chat with a warm body about it.
