It is simply speaking a package repo localy + alternate installer. The alternate installer is a simple package to install. The package repo is normally a little bit smaller than the livecd files (because the files are compressed) but I think we should only consider including the alternate installer on cd when we finished considering of the livecd apps (as space might get short)
