I've responded in the bug itself. There is only one Lubuntu-generated lxdm.conf file in 12.04, that I can find -- the others Lars found are just symlinks to it. I'd suggest keeping lubuntu-qa for QA discussions... that just seems logical to me :) If you think there is a real need for an lubuntu-dev or lubuntu-tech or lubuntu-experts (or whatever the intention is) list, I think it would be good to say so, and find someone to create and admin it, rather than subverting the purpose of lubuntu-qa.
