Today i did an install (with the today's daily) following exactly the instructions of Greg (only changement: 1440x900 for the screen). Before putting in the 'live video= ... " line i realized there is a yaboot warning:
"Bootstrap partition type is wrong: Apple_HFS type should be: Apple_Bootstrap" But the boot went off anyway (may this error later on will create problems working with ybin??) The boot screen is not the lubuntu splash screen but a blue one with lubuntu in monotype 16 or 18 pts. I got one error msg i was unable to catch exactly on the fly; something like: Failed to register client to i2c keywest Then the desktop opened: All fine. I could start the installation with, apparently no problems. Now, i'll have to try out what will happen then. I'll come back to report.
