Yes. It happened in earlier release upgrades too. No problem, not a
bug. Just do what it says. In this case, something like
killall xscreensaver
killall xlockmore
should do the trick.

I'm sure I didn't do either of the above commands, and I ended up with
no problems (that I have yet seen) regarding the screen-saver in the
upgraded system.
