No there is no OBI version for the PPC. I think that it will be hard to
boot from USB at all. I'd recommend a Lubuntu alternate iso file for
Power PC and to install from the CD drive.
128MB ram is very low, so there might be problems. It is enough for the
OBI, so an IBM compatible PC would boot and install with that size of RAM.

I'm downloading the 14.04 PPC version to try it out and see how it goes,
just to try to boot (I am prepared for it to take excruciatingly long).
It can't be much slower than the current OS...
I just figured these old Macs might be a target for OBI
