I'm sure that would work.
But this bug cemented itself on my most-hated list after several
evenings of watching Internet-streamed video with a Lubuntu laptop
connected to a TV by a short cable. In this case I'd have to remember
AND get up to go do it, and I found that during the course of a show I'd
fail at that several times and then have to get up and log back in --
all while the video kept rolling.
