You are doing a great job, Karl and there is NO doubt about it but I can't see or feel there is a Team Spirit anymore here. WE used to work as a team and I mean WE not you, not me but WE and ... that is all ... missing right now. Maybe I'm wrong? I don't really know.
ALL what I'm asking here is ... can we work as a team or it's an overkill request? You guys asked me to re-join this list yet again to discuss such issues. Now, where is that discussion? changes are being made without a discussion.
