However, I have a few suggestions :
In : public final class QueryHighlightExtractor
Is it possible to split the logic (2 classes ?) which : a) handles highlighting b) grabs Query terms (method getTerms and its dependencies)
Also, could it be possible to keep as much information as possible for terms (i.e. Term objects rather than lower-case termText) ?
