I've commited all chagnes, and it seemed to have succeeded, but I have not seen any commit e-mails yet. Is this normal?
The changes appear to be there:

The commit messages will probably show up eventually...
Regarding CHANGES.txt, should I update it manually and check it in as well, or is it maintained automatically from CVS commit logs?
This file is maintained manually.
