I agree with Erik regarding jGuru. It wouldn't even be right of us/me to ask them to remove that content. I also mentioned that we should give credit to jGuru out of courtesy, and since I don't see it on the FAQ page anywhere, I'll add it.
And I agree with Daniel regarding that ancient FAQ.
