Recursive "WeakDictionaryEnumerator.MoveNext" can be costly in some rare cases,
I would prefer a loop there.
Anyway, This code passes my all tests and has also the best performance.

PS: I don't know much about licensing issues, but I think, it would be good to
add a apache license to your code.
