Haven't tried the unified patch yet. Tried different solutions before, all
were buggy in different ways. My current setup is a bit weird, to say it
mildly: I'm using 2.0 for indexing and 2.3.1 for incremental indexing.
Although this solution might seem crazy, it is surprisingly stable. So now
I'm a bit afraid of trying new patches until 2.3.1 becomes stable [?]
