- Yes you are right, Lucene.Net lacks some kind of notification. It could have been announced in the mailing-lists. - Current trunk is 2.4.0 and updated 1 day ago. I haven't tested it yet. At first glance, it seems to miss some patches made to Lucene.Net 2.3.2. But it may be stable too. - Release Date? God knows :-)
