Going by the message below looks like these guys have some traffic stats on the usage of the IXP. Do we have anything like that for our IXP?

Tanzania Internet eXchange (TIX) is up & running.
4 ISPs are connected exchanging traffic with each other. We expect at least
4 more within few weeks. Traffic is monitored and max was 670 kbps today,
but I think someone was 'testing'. In general during daytime >100kbps
Expecting much more as more connect.
Looking glass in place, but only accessible from the connected networks (IXP
has no transit to/from "outside"). All running BGP with route reflector.
Currently all ASNs are private (>54512) . (see my last mail....)
