PPP (and it's associated scripts) seem to be present, so why not? If you want 
to do one better and use a RADIUS server, FreeRADIUS or Radiusd-Livingston 
would be nice, but may not be available on Personal. You can always download 
them.

According to the SuSE definition, Personal is for the uninitiated. I needn't 
say more for Pro.
