Actually if you go to the Nokia website, you can download a manual with
the
actual AT initialization string that you can pass on in order to get
HSCSD.
That is actually what the Nokia Modem options program in windows does.
On my Nokia 3650, this is the initialisation string that I use to get
28.8
kbps in linux AT+CBST=0,0,1;+CHSN=4,0,0,0<cr>
