I do not think this is a big thing.  This is just a BUSH visit thing.  Bush will be travelling with alot of people.  Some come before, some come with him,  some come after.  Same thing happened when Clinton came.  All of a sudden there were many American businessmen around kampala.  In a few weeks it will be history.

Microsoft has been part of some big contracts in Uganda of late so they are probably here just to sound out the market and get PR.  Since the East Africa Office is next door (and that economy is on life support) and Bush is visiting here not there, why not get some good Microsoft PR press?

The day after the copyright law passes is the day to start worrying for government.
