Mbox is simple. Copy over the file /var/mail/$username. (or your
equivalent). if u need to read it on a winblowze client then I think you
need to make sure that the destination filename ends in a .eml. ie
somefile.eml. (I think).

In case of maildir, copy over the whole maildir. you'll need a unix mail
client to read this. mutt should do fine. (or you copy @ file as a
file.eml.. or you cat all files to myhugefile.eml with a newline inbetween
or....)

ps: I *think* eml is the extension windows associates with an lookout -
sorry outlook e-mail; if not, some windows guru will have to correct.
