Knowing our low literacy rate it means that the lumpens and illiterates will always be the majority and thus we will be ruled by their wish. That my friends is the result of adopting the western system of democracy you know the system that gave George bush his kisanja Tony Blair his kisanja etc. The problem is not the leaders but the so called modern systems that we admire and adopt without taking time to educate our electorate. PS I'm apolitical just bothered by the noise which one cannot ignore. _______________________________________________ LUG mailing list [email protected] http://kym.net/mailman/listinfo/lug %LUG is generously hosted by INFOCOM http://www.infocom.co.ug/
