Why wait - the infrastructure is here now! This is a great idea! To put it simply, let us not complicate the ideas by expecting to host servers or services at the exchange point. Let us look at the exchange point as a means of generating cheap, high speed bandwidth in .ug, and then the servers/services can be located anywhere within the country, provided they are sitting with an ISP/network service provider that has connectivity to the exchange point. So feel free to develop ideas and services within the confines of your office/operation, without having to expect to host it at the exchange point. That is, generally, the idea.
