I am sorry for the delay in responding. I am very interested in this thread but there were some other things also going on, hence the delay.

The route reflector at the exchange has .1 and each ISP gets the next available IP. On Monday, we had up to .7 in use. We also had two other ISPs bringing in their links, so probably .10 will be the next available IP address on the exchange. BUT, one of the three 'ISPs' is really a provider to perhaps three other ISPs, so from the point of view of the customer, I reckon there are 12 ISPs now connected to the exchange.

We should be able see how much traffic is being exchanged. I don't have access to that information now. This is some of the historical data that I want to have access to. I hope they are measuring!

talking about your exchange and it's my turn to ask
for some advice.

Guido, how many members are peering? Any initial
indications on how much traffic is being exchange yet?

Mark.
