++ Not too many linux literate people in kigali , i remember i did suggest such solutions to there Technical Manager "Patrick Ndolipa" but he wasnt too receptive. They preferred buying the equipment that will do all that meaning ...expensive boxes e.g. Cisco, ALLOPTIC and anything else they decided to run on there network. IIRC EICT is the only company in kigali that supports linux installs most of the operators there prefer M$.
