With regard to the UCC, I share a similar view - it's the 
same way car registration plates changed from ABC 123 to 
123 ABC to ABC 123A. 

The solution should scale at some point while minimizing 
inconvenience caused by change, and I applaud UCC in 
(though late) realizing this.
