same here (i also dont understand everything ;-) if rDNS is the same as the possibility to do a NSLookup, then yes.
As far as I know, that is quite common (look at the joomlastats.org site, they only have 7% unknown traffic) I remember that my personal router in the netherlands used to be resolvable, sometimes you might see these comical names in your logs: 22k43h2938749832ho.suburb.losangeles.verizon.com. That is somebodies ADSL modem probably.
