Well,

I think it is high time that "consumer" (I would rather say "user" but it
depends from which point of view you are ...) build a group and  try to
share their ap
it is a fact that a cheap connexion with relatively good quality does not
exist in Uganda ... so yes from the user point of view "consumers" are
robbed .. :-)

So MTN has chosen that it's products will have a download cap and you
have a  number of choices.  However on the flip side some other
providers have non capped products.  So it's time the consumer decided
on the right march.  If MTN have made a judgement problem the market
will let them know.  But do not blame them if you knowingly pick their
product with the limitations they have told you about and then turn
around and say " I was robbed".
