True. Also... Reiser4 is very actively maintained by the guys at Namesys. I'm using reiser4 right now (on a non-crucial partition I must admit) and it's perfectly stable. Reiser4 was rejected for kernel inclusion because it doesn't follow many kernel-fs guidelines. It ended up being a pissing contest between Hans and the kernel devs. and as anyone who follows lkml knows, Linus rejects something today and accepts it tomorrow! :-) Reiser4 (together with JFS2, Ext4, et al) is in the -mm tree for those interested. -- "Happiness makes up in height what it lacks in length" -- Robert Frost
